Intake & Inspection

Visual inspection, condition assessment, and documentation of the instrument's identification and history.

Pre-Calibration Testing

As-found measurements at multiple points to document the instrument's current deviation from standard.

Adjustment (If Required)

If the instrument is outside tolerance, adjustment is performed and documented. Not all instruments require or allow adjustment.

Post-Calibration Verification

Full multi-point calibration with loading and unloading cycles. Measurement uncertainty calculated per GUM.

Certificate Generation

Detailed calibration certificate with as-found/as-left data, uncertainty statement, traceability, and environmental conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Standard calibration turnaround is 3-5 working days from receipt of instruments. Express calibration (1-2 days) is available at additional cost for urgent requirements.
JRAGRAU provides NABL-traceable calibration through our accredited laboratory partners. We also issue in-house calibration certificates with documented traceability to NPL India standards.
Yes. We calibrate load cells, torque sensors, and pressure sensors from any manufacturer, provided we have or can obtain the technical specifications.
Our calibration process follows IS 4169 / ISO 376 for force-proving instruments, IS 1828 / ISO 7500 for testing machines, and ISO 6789 for torque tools. Uncertainty is calculated per GUM (Guide to Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement).
