JRAGRAU Engineering Solutions is pleased to announce the successful renewal of its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, following a comprehensive two-day surveillance and renewal audit conducted by Bureau Veritas Certification India Pvt. Ltd.
The audit covered all aspects of our quality management system including: • Design and development processes for new sensor products • Supplier evaluation and incoming inspection procedures • Manufacturing process controls and in-process inspection • Calibration management and traceability records • Customer feedback loops and complaint resolution workflows • Internal audit programme and management review processes
Zero Major Non-Conformities We are proud to report that the audit identified zero major non-conformities. The auditors specifically commended our calibration laboratory's document control system and our systematic approach to on-time delivery performance tracking.
The renewed certificate is valid until March 2027, and covers the full scope: *Design, manufacture, calibration, and supply of load cells, torque sensors, pressure sensors, special purpose machines, and related instrumentation.*
This certification reinforces our commitment to delivering precision measurement instruments that meet the highest standards required by aerospace, defence, automotive, and pharmaceutical customers.
